Long ago, before the land was known as Scotland, a great Norse Berserker came to these shores with his men to rape and pillage. He was the most fearsome of his kind and none could defeat him in battle. It was said that he was the son of a god, which accounted for the Berserker's ferocity in battle.
The Celts and Picts were no match to this brutal slayer. He had no mercy even for the innocent. His brutality was so great that he cared not for what was sacred or profane. Within the deepest, darkest, and least used classrooms of Hogwarts, light flickered through the portal of a less than ancient door. The battered wood gave the impression of age but was only about two months old. It was cracked open, allowing a glimpse into the dirty confines within.
